1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings given below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the winrm20 website accessible at https://winrm20.org and all related subdomains.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who registers, accesses or uses the winrm20 platform.
• "Company" or "We" refers to winrm20 and the entity operating this platform under a valid international licence.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal profile officially registered on the winrm20 platform.
• "Funds" refers to money deposited by the user into their winrm20 account in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
• "Games" refers to all online entertainment products available on the platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and virtual sports.
• "Bonus" refers to credits or promotional benefits granted by winrm20 to users in accordance with the relevant promotion terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the winrm20 platform, you expressly and irrevocably agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document, including the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines published from time to time.

Acceptance of these terms occurs automatically upon each of the following actions: completing the account registration form, making your first deposit, using any game or service on the platform, and accessing the platform's login section.

winrm20 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice to users. However, we will make efforts to inform users of significant changes through in-platform notifications or via the registered email address. Use of the platform after the effective date of the updated terms is considered full acceptance of those changes.

3 Account Registration and User Responsibilities

To register a winrm20 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the same time:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration;
• Be located in a jurisdiction that permits participation in licensed online gambling activities;
• Provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full name as per your MyKad, date of birth, mobile phone number and an active email address;
• Not currently be listed on any self-exclusion programme for gambling;
• Not be registering on behalf of another person or as a proxy for a third party.

Each user may only register and maintain one active account on the winrm20 platform. If winrm20 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, winrm20 reserves the right to suspend or terminate all such accounts and withhold or cancel any outstanding bonuses or winnings.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported a case of unauthorised access to winrm20.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

The winrm20 platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

All deposits are subject to a minimum of RM10 per transaction. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, however winrm20 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for deposits exceeding a certain level in order to comply with anti-money laundering procedures.

Withdrawals require a minimum balance of RM100. Withdrawals are typically processed within one hour from the date the request is received and approved by the winrm20 finance team. Processing times may be affected by additional verification requirements.

winrm20 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, e-wallet operators or banks may impose their own charges that are beyond winrm20's control.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

winrm20 offers various promotions to registered members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the more specific promotion terms will apply.

The winrm20 welcome bonus gives a 100% match on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value before bonus winnings may be withdrawn. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus giving a balance of RM200, you must place bets totalling RM2,000 (i.e. RM100 × 20) before you can withdraw funds from that bonus portion.

For a deposit of RM2,200 receiving the maximum bonus of RM1,000 with a balance of RM3,200, the wagering requirement is RM20,000 (i.e. RM1,000 × 20).

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user for each stated promotion;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash;
• winrm20 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus obtained through means considered to be abusing the system;
• The winrm20 VIP programme offers weekly cashback: Bronze members receive up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, and Gold up to 1.2% weekly cashback based on gaming activity.

6 User Conduct and Prohibitions

winrm20 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or other technological tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or defraud the platform;
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial purpose;
• Providing false or misleading information during the registration or identity verification process;
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities, software errors or unintentional odds discrepancies;
• Using a winrm20 account on behalf of another person or accepting funding from a third party for betting purposes.

Any breach of any of the above prohibitions gives winrm20 the right to take immediate action including suspending the account, cancelling winnings associated with suspicious activity, withholding balances still under investigation, and reporting relevant cases to the appropriate authorities.

7 Platform Responsibilities and Liability Limits

winrm20 is committed to providing a safe, stable and reliable platform. The platform operates under international licensing that sets out operational standards and user protections that must be followed.

However, winrm20 is not responsible for losses caused by internet service disruptions, technical issues on the player's end, power outages, failure of devices owned by the player, or other factors beyond winrm20's reasonable control.

winrm20 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's suitability for any particular purpose, its accuracy, or the uninterrupted continuity of its services. The platform and all its content are provided "as is" subject to current technical availability.

8 Responsible Gambling

winrm20 takes problem gambling seriously and is committed to promoting responsible gambling habits among all its users. We believe that gambling should remain an entertainment activity and not a primary source of income.

winrm20 provides the following tools to help users manage their gaming habits:

• Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits that users can set themselves;
• Configurable loss limits to control the amount that can be absorbed;
• Voluntary break options from the platform for a chosen period;
• Self-exclusion that users can activate directly through customer support.

9 Account Termination and Suspension

Users have the right to close their winrm20 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure will be processed once all eligible balance withdrawals have been settled according to standard procedures.

winrm20 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document;
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity;
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents within the specified period;
• Multiple accounts found to be held by the same individual;
• Instructions from a regulatory authority or law enforcement;
• Where a user is found to have provided false information during registration.

Once an account is closed, all personal data of the user will be managed in accordance with winrm20's Privacy Policy and applicable record retention legal requirements.

10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction under which winrm20 operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of this platform will first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between the user and winrm20.

If a voluntary resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable period, the dispute will be referred to a recognised dispute resolution body under the international licensing framework that regulates winrm20's operations.

Users hereby agree that use of the winrm20 platform does not grant them any right to pursue legal action under Malaysian domestic law in relation to online gambling services licensed overseas, unless that law specifically grants such a right.
